Psychological Safety (Blended Learning Journey)
In this journey, you will learn how you can build psychological safety in your team. Psychological safety means that everyone dares to openly address ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes - without fear of negative consequences. We will show you step by step how this can be achieved.
Overview of your journey
After the kick-off, you will start with an introduction to psychological safety, followed by a module on building trust. Together with your learning buddies, you will evaluate a questionnaire and transfer the findings from the introduction into practice.
A further self-learning module shows you specific steps for building psychological safety, supplemented by individual practical exercises. In the pitstops, you can clarify open questions, practise methods and reflect on your experiences – also with a view to Amy Edmondson’s research.
