Overview over the journey

In a good leadership program, the portion of training or input is only a small part that can convey solid knowledge. We offer you this part in the form of videos and asynchronous learning units, so that you can acquire the necessary know-how at your own pace and in small chunks, depending on your availability.

You will be offered reflection sessions, quizzes and practical exercises on your learning journey. At the same time, we repeatedly refer you to tools and methods that you can then find in the m&b methodbox on this portal.

 

Learning is like good wine – it gets better with time! We strongly believe that frontal trainings as one-off events are not sustainable!

In live workshops and regular “check-ins”, we can address your practical cases and personal questions and thus enable a transfer to your everyday life. These check-ins are regular, voluntary sessions in which 2 m&b’s will facilitate the discussion about your challenges and approaches.

You see – like good tour guides – we stay by your side over a longer period of time.
