This part of the journey consists of an asynchronous part that you work through on your own. In addition, you will set up so-called hub groups in the kick-off, with which you should meet regularly during the course of the journey. And you can regularly take part in our check-ins to exchange ideas with your colleagues.

There will be a live session at the end of this program. Please make sure you have completed all of the asynchronous content before attending the live sessions. Additionally, you can participate in deep dives tailored to your specific interests and needs. You do not need to complete these before the live sessions.
